Placing an order offers international shipping border-freely directly from South Korea. Your customer service needs will be handled directly  and affiliates in your countries to serve customers needs at best.

Select your language and currency you would like to ship to on the top strip of the HOME page. Each products' price and order totals are at the exchange rate set when your order is placed while using the third party app Currency Converter. 


Payment Methods

When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed. Your credit card will be billed by SLK Korea within 72 hours of placing your order.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

When you have placed an order online you can view information on your order in the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Cart and complete the Checkout process again.

Returns by Mail

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies. In all cases, products must be returned in valid condition.

Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Returns must be booked via email 24/7 within 14 days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
