Can I expect my Shipment to be delayed?
Our fulfillment centers in South Korea and carrier networks are open and operational. Our carriers are making every effort to maintain normal activity however travel restrictions may affect shipments. SLK has a flexible contract with multiple carriers and exploring routes to deliver at best. We are currently experiencing delays in UAE deliveries of up to 7 days. Contact us with order number at email@example.com. We help retrieving a fair estimation of time of delivery.
After my order is placed, can I change my shipping address due to COVID-19?
As soon as you place your order, we start working on it right away. Certain international carriers make a call when your package enters local logistics center. In that case, you may change your local address through them after paying fees for change of address. Unfortunately, SLK can't make changes to an order once it's placed.
Can I delay/cancel my order due to COVID-19?
As soon as we receive your order, we start packing and labeling on faster than before COVID-19 considering possible delay of flights. Unfortunately, SLK can't make changes to an order once it's placed.
